Ifeanyi’s Nanny and Cook May Face Charges For Negligence
Earlier this week, it was confirmed that Davido’s son, ifeanyi passed away by drowning in the swimming pool.
The two suspects detained may remain in police custody. They are working on carrying out an autopsy and until the report is out before they can be cleared.
Reports say that the nanny and cook are directly in charge of the 3 year old boy. The little boy was left in their care and they may be charged for negligence.
Recall that 8 domestic staff including the nanny and cook in the house were brought for questioning and after the interrogation, six of them were released while the nanny and the cook were detained.
Other than carrying out an autopsy, there are plans being made to check the CCTV in the house.
The little boy was found dead in the swimming pool of that house.
In 2018, an incident similar to this occured. The first son of Dapo Adebanjo, popularly known as D banj, drowned in a swimming pool at his residence in Lagos in 2018.
