IKEJAHOTEL Notifies of Board Meeting And Closed Period for Q1 2020 Accounts
Notice is hereby given that a Board Meeting of Ikeja Hotel Plc (IHPLC or the Company) will be held via teleconferencing on Wednesday, April 22, 2020 by 11:00 am to receive and consider among other business, the First Quarter Financial Statements of the Company.
Consequently, and pursuant to Rule 17.18 of the Rulebook of the Nigerian Stock Exchange (The Exchange), Ikeja Hotel Plc wishes to bring to the attention of the investing public, that the Company commenced a closed period from Wednesday, April 8, 2020. Therefore no Director, persons discharging managerial responsibilities, and advisers of the Company and their connected persons shall deal in the securities of the Company. The commencement of the closed period was brought to the attention of the aforementioned persons on Wednesday, April 8, 2020.
This period shall be reopened twenty-four hours after IHPLC's First Quarter Financial Statements have been submitted to the Exchange.
