Popular Nollywood actor Tony Umez has come out to debunked the rumours of his death which has been circulating on social media. Tony Umez is a Nigerian actor and some rumours had been flying around on some blogs that the actor had passed away.
He recently took to his Instagram page to share a video stating that he is alive and well contrary to the news about him. He revealed how sad it was that social media was been misused by some people to spread fake news for their personal gain.
He shared that he got to know some news about his death has been flying around by some bloggers and ticktockers and went ahead to refer to those who shared such news as iditios. He says those people are trying to use him for clout and get traffic to their pages.
He revealed that these actions are evil and these people would just sit and fashion out something that's not true. He also mentioned that this rumours had caused trauma to his family, fans, well wishers and supporters l. He went ahead to urge people to only trust informations that come from him or his social media pages not blogs.
He then stated that "Today 5th of September, I Tony Umez, I'm alive and kicking. Nothing do me, I am good, very good" He then told such people who wish him bad n that whatever they wish him is back to the sender.
