Popular Nigerian musician Rema has expressed his gratitude and appreciation over the awards he received at the Headies Awards just recently. Recall the 16th edition of the Headies Awards was held recently on the 3rd of September. The event was held at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, USA.
Rema whose real name is Divine Ikubor bagged 3 different awards at the event few days ago. He recieved awards in categories like Best Male Artiste of the Year, Digital Artiste of the Year and African Artiste Of The Year. Rema is signed to Don Jazzy’s Mavin Records.
He took to his Twitter account to express his gratitude for the awards he received. He revaled how honoured he was to have have celebrated by his people.
He stated "Honored to be celebrated by my people, as a soldier of the course I’m glad to serve. Now let’s get back to work @The_Headies"
