It's not nice what Nigerians are doing to Iwobi, Goalkeeper Nwabili says during Arise News interview

The Super Eagles goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali was interviewed on Arise TV where he spoke about the maltreatment directed towards his colleague, Alex Iwobi. He said that what Nigerians have been doing to Iwobi is unfair and inhumane. He stated how they've all been playing well since the beginning of the tournament but they were faced with the strongest opponent in the finals.

Nwabali stated that every member of the Super Eagles wanted the team to win the AFCON Cup but unfortunately, that didn't happen. He added how Iwobi has been trying so hard to hold himself together and not have a mental breakdown. Nwabali said if he was the one who was cyberbullied, he would have broken down long ago. He also believes some people desperately wish for him to make a mistake so they would blame him despite showing his goalkeeping prowess.
