Iyabo Ojo slams Naira Marley with a lawsuit of N1 billion
Nollywood actress Iyabo Ojo has finally responded to Naira Marley's published lawsuit of N500 million. In return, she slammed the Marlian boss with a lawsuit of N1 billion for false accusations and defamation of character. A section of the lawsuit reads "Our client finds your client's demands as spurious, frivolous, and clout chasing but shall initiate an action in the event your client fails to do so. Our client shall be claiming the sum of ONE BILLION NAIRA." The section further stated that the lawsuit slammed against Iyabo Ojo by Naira Marley has caused the actress her ambassadorial deals and reputation among people of right thinking.
Additionally, the lawsuit stated that Iyabo Ojo was ready to battle the case at the court of law for she has concrete evidence against the Marlian boss. Both written evidence and witnesses are ready to testify in court in favor of the Nollywood actress.
Recall that Naira Marley, through his lawyer, accused Iyabo Ojo of spreading false rumors about him in the media. He added that Iyabo Ojo had called him a drug Lord who drugs his signees and uses them as lab rats to test the potency of his hard drugs.
