Following her recent outburst on social media towards her customers' reviews about her products, Jenny's Glow finally apologized.

She was seen in a video appealing to the public, especially her customers to pardon her for every word she said and every wrong action taken.

She said her brand doesn't bully and her customers are entitled to their reviews and comments.

She explained that she has been seeing several posts from different people and she hasn't been happy about how it turned out.

She said, "I'm taking accountability today. I'm not here to justify anything. I agree if you say the product is bad, it's not good, it's okay. I'm here to take accountability.

She promised her customers that she's going to work on her brand and make sure they get the best service from her.

"I'm going to work on my brand. I'm going to go back and fix everything. We're coming back stronger. We're coming back with better products.", she added.
