The loanee from Manchester United, Jesse Lingard was involved in all goals as West Ham United leaps into the top four, edging out Chelsea to fifth place.

He scored a superb goal, where he dribbled his way from the halfway line to put the ball in the net, as West Ham records a seven straight away matches victory, for the first time in the Premier League.

The Hammers are in pole position to be in the Champions League next season if they avoid defeat in their last eight remaining matches. David Moyes has done incredible work at the West London stadium.

Lingard continues his hot form after joining the Hammers in January, with only fellow compatriot Harry Kane having the highest goal involvement ratio than him, with 7 goals and 2 assists. While Lingard has 6 goals and 2 assists, in that period.

West Ham will be missing their captain, Declan Rice for 5-6 weeks, he is out with a knee injury. Rice had featured in all of West Ham's Premier League matches, before his injury.

It was a comeback for Wolves midfielder, Podence, who just recovered from injury. Lingard got the opener for West Ham in the 6th minute, as he darted through the Wolverhampton Wanderers defender (he became the wanderer in this case).

Wolves had another shot from Lingard saved by their goalkeeper, Rui Patricio before Fornals made it goal number two for the Hammers. Wolves also had a host of chances to go begging, as Podence, Pedro Neto had their chances go off-target.

Lingard provided an assist for the substitute, Jarod Bowen after he replaced the injured Michael Antonio. Lingard is currently making a case for himself, to be featured in the summer's Euro 2020 tournament for England, as he has found new form at West ham.
