She revealed that the nanny earns £500 per week to work Monday to Friday and she gets extra £100 per day if she works on any day of the weekend.
She added that the nanny goes on free holiday and travels first or business class.
She also said Jude spent almost £1,000 at a restaurant for the nanny's last birthday.
The nanny also has a car for school runs and has just bought a house.
