Arsenal’s new signing Kai Havertz is set to become the highest-paid player at Arsenal, ahead of Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Jesus, after securing a big move from Chelsea.
He moved to Arsenal on June 28, 2023, to become the club’s first signing of the summer. Real Madrid made the last attempt to sign the German but he prefers to stay in London.
The former Chelsea attacker will pocket £331,000 in wages and £17,000,000 a year at the Emirates.
Bukayo Saka was previously the highest-paid player, taking home £300,000 weekly and £15,000,000 per year.
However, Kai Havertz could get some competition in terms of wages when the club’s complete the signing of Declan Rice from West Ham.
