Naira Marley's younger sister popularly known as Shubomi has spoken about the unfair treatment her brother has been subjected to since he was invited to Nigeria for questioning over Mohbad's death. She said detaining her elder brother who willingly traveled to Nigeria to assist in the ongoing investigation of Mohbad's death for over 30 days is uncalled for.

Shubomi added that there is no evidence whatsoever that her Mohbad had a hand in the death of his ex-signee. She believes the Police detained her brother to appease the general public.

There are screenshots of what she posted on Instagram.

Both Naira Marley and Sam Larry have been in Police custody since they arrived in Nigeria for questioning. These two were accused by the public of having a hand in the death of the young Nigerian singer Mohbad. However, there were videos to prove that Mohbad was assaulted by Sam Larry but there hasn't been any video to prove Naira Marley physically assaulted him.

These and more are the reasons concerned Nigerians believed that the Marlian Records boss be summoned for questioning over the death of Mohbad. He has been in custody since then and hasn't been allowed free movement until the court clears him of the accusations.
