Kindergarten knife attack leads to death of 6 people in China
A knife attack outside a Kindergarten in China has led to the death of 6 people. This attack happened early this morning, Monday, July 10.
The attacker has been identified as a man named Wu. He is 25 years old. This suspect has been arrested and investigation has begun into this case.
6 people have been confirmed dead while one is injured from this attack. The incident occured in Hengshan town, southern China and this was around 7:40am.
This town is located within Lianjiang, which is in Guangdong province.
The police released a statement regarding this attack and they revealed that this was an intentional attack.
They mentioned this person, Wu who was behind the attack used a knife in his Operations.
The police are still trying to confirm the identities of these victims.
The victims however include 1 teacher, 2 parents and 3 children. It was the witness who shared this information about the victims.
The attack happened outside this kindergarten.
This isn't the first of such attacks in China as there have been some killings associated with children some years back.
