A Lagos State Bus Rapid Transit driver, Osibanjo Oluwaseun, who collided with a moving train at Ikeja and allegedly killed six people, was today May 2 arraigned before Justice Oyindamola Ogala of an Ikeja High Court.

Oluwaseun was dragged before the court by the state government on 16 counts bordering on involuntary manslaughter and grievous harm.
