We hereby give Notice that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Law Union Insurance PLC (the Company) will hold on Tuesday, 12th May 2020, via videoconferencing to consider the Company's Q1 2020 Unaudited Financial Statement.
In keeping with the provisions of the Listing Rules (as amended), closed period is hereby declared as from 28th April 2020 until 24 hours after the Q1 2020 Unaudited Financial Statement has been released to the public. Consequently, all Insiders, including Directors, Persons discharging managerial responsibility, Adviser(s) of the Company and their connected persons shall not trade in the Company's shares until 24 hours after the release of the Company's Unaudited Financial Statements for the quarter ended 31 March 2020 to The Nigerian Stock Exchange and the general public.
