Liverpool have reached an agreement with Brighton & Hove Albion for the acquisition of their midfielder, Moises Caicedo.
The English Premier League club led by Jurgen Klopp will break the British transfer record to secure the signing of the Ecuador International midfielder in a deal reportedly worth 111 million pounds.
The 21-year-old Brighton midfielder has been willing to depart the Amex Stadium this summer transfer window and Chelsea had looked like his desired destination.
However, Chelsea seem to have suffered a huge blow following the report that the Reds have reached an agreement with the former Independiente del Valle player.
The Blue ultimately bid 100 million pounds for the service of Moises Caicedo but were outbid by the Reds who tabled 11 million pounds extra.
