Reactions have continued to trail Erik ten Hag's recent walk-out with his wife Bianca in Cheshire.

It was a rare sight as Ten Hag strolled the streets of Cheshire with his wife Bianca before the two disappeared into a nearby restaurant for a nice time together.

Reactions have continued to trail the move by the Man United boss with United fans expressing their disapproval of the Dutch's public stunt just a day after Manchester United suffered a shock defeat against Fulham at Old Trafford in the Premier League.

A fan wrote, "It is a nice move by my coach but as you smile on the streets, smile on the touchlines too."

Another fan wrote, "This guy is just overrated. Has nothing to offer. Why take a pompous stroll a day after losing a match?"

Another fan added, ''This is Marcus Rashford-style outing. Flexing a day before and after a match irrespective of the match outcome."

Another added, ''Enjoy the stroll but keep the team in shape as well."

Erik ten Hag's walk-out with Bianca followed Manchester United's dreary Premier League performance against Fulham which saw the team stumble to their first Premier League loss to the Cottagers at Old Trafford for the first time in 11 years.

Goals from Nigeria internationals Calvin Bassey and Alex Iwobi canceled out Harry Maguire's equaliser to hand Marco Silva a big win over the Red Devils.

According to the Sun, Erik ten Hag took time off his grueling training schedule at Carrington to make his second public appearance with Bianca since he moved into Manchester as Manchester United manager.

While such jocund adventures aren't off the bars of professionalism, some Man United fans believe it shouldn't have surfaced when the team is at the crossroads under his watch.

United's only hope of silverware is in the FA Cup, having crashed out of the Champions League, and EFL Cup, and ruled off the Premier League title race.

They will hope to emerge from the loss to Fulham and edge out Nottingham Forest in a mid-week FA Cup 5th-round clash on Wednesday.
