Marine power doesn't bow to any other power, Nigerian traditionalist reveals following Junior Pope's death

A Nigerian male traditionalist enlightens the public about the Marine spirits and its powers. He went to the river to demonstrate how powerful the marine kingdom is and why religious people should stop underrating the powers concealed in the water. He narrated a story of how anyone who drowned in the river would be withheld underwater for three days before their corpse would surface on the water. Also, nobody must dive into the water within those three days to rescue the person who drowned. The river must be allowed to do its work by bringing the body to its surface.

When that finally happens, the necessary rituals must be performed before anyone would dive into the water to recover the body of the deceased. Without the rituals, it is unsafe for anyone to go into the water to avoid stories that touch. All of these are to prove that there's power in the marine world that isn't seen by the unclad eye. The traditionalist urged Nigerians not to go about things blindly claiming to be spiritual, hence, jeopardizing their health.
