Liverpool and Egypt striker Mohammed Salah is no doubt one of the most lethal strikers in world football.

The “Egyptian king”, Mo' Salah as he is popularly called, rose to stardom with his big-money move to Chelsea in the winter of 2014 from Swiss club Basel, for a reported fee of £12m.

He struggled initially at Stamford Bridge before he was loaned out to Serie A giants Florentina and then to AS Roma where he got his breakthrough as he struck 22 goals for the Giallorossi.

In the summer of 2017, Mohammed Salah would return to the Premier League, this time to the red side of Merseyside, as he was snapped up by Jurgen Klopp for a then-record fee of 36 million euros eclipsing the amount the meyersiders paid for Andy Carroll, which was 35 million euros and a club record fee then.

The Egyptian magician would hit the ground running as he formed a deadly trio with Firmino and Sadio Mane.

They were the cause of headache for so many defenses as they ended Liverpool's trophy drought by delivering the Premier League, FA Cup, and the Champions League to the Merseyside faithful.

All through his journey as a footballer, Mohammed Salah has “never walked alone” just like the Liverpool anthem.

He has been supported through his footballing journey by his childhood sweetheart and his wife Magi Sadeq.

*WHO IS SALAH'S WIFE?*

She is an Egyptian biotechnologist, who was born in 1994 and hails from Nagrig, Gharbia. The Egyptian woman is the spouse of popular footballer Mohammed Salah.

Mo Salah's wife has a twin sister Mohab Sadeq and a large extended family.

Her parents are teachers at Eyad Al Tantawi School, where she and Salah attended.

Magi Sadeq is a devoted Muslim as she confidently wears her hijab everywhere she's seen. She is a mother of two beautiful girls Makka and Kayyan.

Makka who is named after the holy city " Mecca" was born in October 2014 while Mohammed Salah was still a Chelsea player, while Kayyan was born in February 2020 three years after moving to Liverpool.

*HOW DID MO' SALAH MEET HIS WIFE?*

Magi Sadeq and Mohammed Salah's love story started at a tender age.

They were both classmates at the same school "Eyad Al Tantawi School", as they dated at a very early age.

The couple dated for a very long time before deciding to tie the knot on December 17, 2013, in Nagreg, Egypt.

Their wedding ceremony was graced by elite dignitaries from all parts of Egypt.

*HOW OLD IS MO' SALAH'S WIFE?*

Mohammed Salah's wife, Magi Sadeq was born in 1994, which makes her 29 years old as of 2023. Her date of birth is unknown.

*DID MO' SALAH' DIVORCE HIS WIFE?*

Magi Sadeq has appeared on more than one occasion to show support for her husband.

During the celebration held by the CAF Confederation of African Football when Salah won the prestigious award, she was seen with him.

But unlike other famous footballers' wives and girlfriends who always want to steal the spotlight, Magi Sadeq is quite the opposite as she is rarely seen with her husband even at the massive award celebrations.

Due to her low-profile nature and her avoidance of the limelight, it resulted in widespread rumors of the Egyptian captain divorcing his wife, which were untrue.

She continues to support her husband even in the face of blatant lies and rumors.

*How Does Mo' Salah' React About His Wife And Family Life?*

Mohammed Salah in nature is a very private individual, as he prefers to keep his private life as well as his family life away from the media.

Even during interviews, he rarely gives away anything but allows his football to do the talking.

But in this modern age of media paparazzi, there is no escape, especially for a famous footballer like Mo' Salah, who has become somewhat of a legend for Liverpool.

The Liverpool striker was once asked about his wife in an interview and he said: “I am unfair to Magi as I give her the least of my time due to the nature of my work.

“I would like to thank her for her support and for being in my life.”
