Mohbad's father is a busybody for demanding DNA, Nigerian lawyer says
A Nigerian lawyer invited to TVC spoke about the conditions for conducting DNA in law. She said that the only person who is authorized to demand DNA is the father of a child. If the father doesn't have suspicions about the paternity of his child, such a child is assumed to be biologically his. In the case where the father dies, none of the family members have the right to demand that DNA be conducted on such a child.
She referenced Mohbad's father as a typical example of a busybody who kept demanding DNA from his son's widow. The Lawyer said that Liam remains Mohbad's child because the late singer never questioned his paternity when he was alive.
