More Than a 1,000 EU citizens evacuated from Sudan
Over a thousand European Union citizens have been evacuated from Sudan. This is coming after the violence and conflicts that have shaken the country of Sudan.
It was Josep Borrell who is the EU foreign policy chief who revealed this information.
He mentioned that 21 diplomats from the European Union mission in Khartoum have also be evacuated.
He also satte dthat the EU ambassador has been taken out of the capital to another place in Sudan.
Josep Borrell revealed that the operation was someplace but it was successful. He proceeded to thank everyone who made forts including France.
According to the UN, thousand have been wounded from this and over 420 people killed.
Many French citizens have also been evacuated by their country. The French Ministries of Foreign Affairs and Armed Forces was the one who emntieodn this.
Not only the French but some other countries have taken to step to evacuate their citizens.
Nigeria's Air peace is also set to evacuate Nigerians from Sudan.
