Venita Akpofure was from the Pepper Dem season 4 in 2019 and she is also back on this season of BBNAIJA.

Neo says he didn't expect Venita, who is his cousin, to feature as a housemate on the show. He shared this during his first diary session with Big Brother.
He was asked about whose housemate’s presence surprised him the most, he said Venita is the person. He says it has never happened in Big Brother that two family relatives would be on the same show. He says it was very surprising to him.
