Out of 121 NGX listed equities, 32 gained and 12 lost. Seplat Petroleum Development Co. led the gainers with a 10% increase, closing at NGN 3,410.00 per share, followed by International Energy Insurance (+10%), Eterna (+9.87%), and Consolidated Hallmark Holdings (+9.84%). Cornerstone Insurance Company led the losers with an 8.81% drop to NGN 1.76 per share, followed by International Breweries (-8.75%), Prestige Assurance Company (-8.47%), and Universal Insurance Company (-5.71%). Access Holdings had the highest volume with 51.8 million shares traded, followed by Zenith Bank (39.2m), Universal Insurance Company (21.2m), and FCMB Group (20.9m).
