Popular Nigerian actress, Wumi Toriola has revealed that she doesn't mind being a second wife. The actress disclosed this recently during an interview. She was speaking with Debbie Shokoya recently when she disclosed her opinion about being a second wife to a man.
Wumi Toriola is a Nigerian actress and film producer who was born in Lagos. Her full name is Olawumi Toriola. She began acting in 2009 and has been active ever since then. She has acted in movies like Love story and wedding ring. She got her first acting role in 2009 and produced her first movie in 2015. She has won awards like the fastest rising actress in 2018 from the City People Entertainment Awards.
She was once married and she had a child with her husband. She got married in 2018 and had her first baby in 2019. 4 years later, their marriage fell apart. She announced the end of her marriage in 2023 on Instagram. She has now revealed that she is open to being a second wife and shared the reasons why.
She says she won't mind becoming a second wife because she is after-one now'.
In her words "I used to have the mindset that I can’t be a second or third wife but that has changed because I’m after-one now. If I see an after-one like me or a widower, I will marry him. What matters is my happiness.”
