Nigerian Police are the ring leaders of kidnappers in the country, Seun Kuti says
Singer Seun Kuti has just narrated his experience at the Panti prison over cases of kidnapping in Nigeria. He said that the majority of kidnapping cases in Nigeria have the backing of a Nigerian Police officer. He added how the Police are the ring leaders in kidnapping, making it difficult for kidnappers to be apprehended. According to him, paying money to get bailed from prison is another form of ransom because bails are meant to be free. However, the Nigerian Police charge citizens for bail which isn't meant to be so.
