Nigerians stormed the page of music record producer Rexxie after he released a new song when the nation was mourning the death of singer Mohbad. The insults continued after an old podcast of Mohbad surfaced on the internet. In the podcast, the late Mohbad mentioned that he gave the hit song "Ko Por Keh" to Rexxie because he felt it was too poetic. Definitely, Rexxie and Mohbad had a good relationship before he passed on.

See the podcast here.

Nigerians thought that Rexxie was insensitive for dropping a new song after all Mohbad had done to honor him.

One @lollypeezle said, "Mohbad gave Rexxie his hit song, not that he was only featured, he owned the song then gave Rexxie. This same person died and Rexxie moved on releasing new music after two days. Now I understand you all anger. Ko ye ko da fun Rexxie mo rara. Walahi, olofo ni bobo yen."

However, Rexxie apologized to the public and started the reasons for dropping a song when the nation was mourning. See the screenshot below.
