Nigerians lament after finding out that Toke Makinwa was among the 1,411 delegates sent to Dubai for the climate change summit
Social media personality Toke Makinwa infuriated selected Nigerians after she posted about her visit to the climate change summit in Dubai. Some quickly dug out the list of the delegates that represented Nigeria at the summit and confirmed that Toke Makinwa's name was on the list. "What business does Toke Makinwa have with representing Nigeria at a summit that was paid for with taxpayers' money?" This was that question that occupied the minds of many as they expressed dissatisfaction over the news.
An X user with the handle @Mindset_Post wrote, "So Toke Makinwa is on the list of delegates to Dubai for the climate change summit, with taxpayers' money? I will not be surprised if Tinubu appoints her as the SSA on fake Nyash."
