NLC hints at possiblity of embarking on strike if FG fails to approve a new minimum wage

The members of the Nigeria Labor Congress (NLC) are hinting at the possibility of embarking on another strike if the FG fails to approve a new minimum wage. They stated that the FG has yet to send in the proposal they received and the NLC doesn't know where it stands after being cajoled to call off the strike.

Also, the one-week ultimatum given to the FG is fast approaching and nothing positive is forthcoming from their end. Nigerians are becoming worried by the day because the decision of the FG would determine whether or not the strike would continue. If it does, the entire nation will be thrown into total darkness, companies will suspend work, and everyone will be affected by the strike.
