Popular Nollywood movie titled The Black Book is now ranking 10th on the Most watched Netflix movie globally. The rank dropped from its 3rd place last week to 10th place but regardless its still ranking high in various countries. The movie has been ranking for 3 weeks ever since its release. The movie had a very strong showing in the first two weeks of its release.

The Black Book is a 2023 Nigerian movie which was produced and directed by Editi Effiong. The movie is a crime thriller film starring actors like Richard Mofe-Damijo, Sam Dede, Shaffy Bello, Iretiola Doyle, Patrick Doyle, Bimbo Manuel and many more. It was released on the 22nd of September 2023.

In the second week of the release of this movie, it recorded 21.3 million hours viewed and this was from 11.2 million total views. This statistics is between September 25, 2023 and October 1, 2023. From the 2nd of October , 2023 to 8th of October, 2023 which is the 3rd week, they recorded a total of 7.7 million hours viewed and this is from 3.7 million views.

The movie features a man whose son is accused wrongly for kidnapping and killed. The victims father then takes matters into his own hands and clears his late sons name.
