Oando PLC has announced a delay in publishing its 2023 Audited Financial Statements (AFS), originally expected by July 31, 2024. The company cited Rule 1.14 of the Rules for Filing of Accounts and Disclosures, explaining it will now present the 2023 AFS to its Board for approval and submit them to the Financial Reporting Council of Nigeria by August 31, 2024.
Following the release of its unaudited financial statements for Q1-2024 in May, the company has applied for and received an extension from the NGX. Oando now plans to publish its 2023 AFS alongside its Q1 and Q2 2024 results by September 30, 2024.
Oando apologizes for any inconvenience caused by this delay and will provide updates as the situation progresses.
