Nigerian singer Teniola Apata popularly known as Teni reacts as Nigeria loses all their Grammy nominations at the 2024 Grammys.

Following the huge loss of singer Davido and other artists including Burna Boy, Ayra Starr, Olamide, and Asake at the 2024 Grammys, singer Teni has appealed to Super Eagles striker Victor Osimhen and his team not to fail Nigerians on Wednesday ahead of the much anticipated Amapiano Derby between Nigeria and South Africa.

It was quite shocking that all the Nigerian artists nominated at the 2024 Grammys lost all their nominations at the event yesterday. Davido lost 3, Burna Boy lost 4 while Olamide, Asake, and Ayra 3 lost one each, making it a total of 10. South African Tyla won the highly competitive African Music Performance category defeating Burna Boy, Davido, Ayra Starr, Olamide, and Asake.

Singer Teni expressed her disappointment over the outcome of the event saying despite the celebrations, Nigerian artists didn't win a single award. Teni warned South African football team Bafana Bafana to get ready while calling on Victor Osimhen and the entire Super Eagles team to avenge on the country's behalf.
