Popular ex Big Brother Naija housemate Phyna has revealed how she auditioned for the BBNAIJA show 5 times before she was picked.
Phyna's real name is Ijeoma Josephine Otabor but she is known popularly as Phyna. She is the winner of the Big Brother Naija level up season 7 show.
She recently revealed how she had auditioned 5 times before they selected her to participate in the show.
She revealed this while speaking on MTV Base Sparks recently. She was a guest on the show and was speaking with the winner of the BBNAIJA Season 6 show, Whitemoney when she mentioned this.

Whitemoney had mentioned how he heard that she sort of used his script in the Big Brother House. He also said that she had inherited a certain aspect of himself which she used to spice her game and worked in the end.
She then replied saying that she had auditioned for the show 5 times and she wasn't picked the first 4 times. It was the 5th year of auditioning that she was eventually selected.
She revealed that any year they don't pick her, she didn't watch the Big Brother show that year so she doesn't even know anything. She says she was always jealous and didn't want to watch the show since she wasn't picked.
She shared that the statement "who deyy" which she used to say in the house was just a part of her and the first day she said it, she had been angry.
She says one day, a fellow housemate just revealed that ‘Whitemoney used to say this ‘Who deyyy?’ in the House and accused her of copying him.
She says she didn't know because she didn't even watch BBNAIJA season 6. She then said since he won it can still work for her.
