Police arrest suspect in the murder of Khadi Adeshina Olayinka
The police have arrested the suspected murder in the case of Khadi Adeshina. The suspected Murderer is now in custody.
They have detained him at the State Criminal Investigation Department, Iyaganku In Ibadan.
This lady, Khadi is an Instagram cloth vendor who was found dead in a hotel not too long ago.
She died at Wetland Hotel, in Akobo, Ibadan.
Reports state that the man she was with in the hotel checked out very early in the morning and the hotel staff made the call to the room.
The hotel staff mentioned they may not have known this had happened until the check out time which was 12 noon. They found out because the reception had borrowed her power bank and they went to check on her.
They said she was still breathing then but died before getting to the hospital.
They had called the police when they realized she was still breathing.
They then called the suspect who came down to the station.
He claimed that the lady kept complaining that she was weak and he allowed her to rest.
Investigation is still ongoing and the details behind her death are yet to be revealed.
The hotel has howler released a statement to the outlive regarding the incident and assured them they are cooperating with the police to unravel the case.
