The Abuja Police Command has arrested a notorious kidnapper who is suspected to be responsible for the death of Al-Kadriyar's deceased sister Nabeeha, and other kidnappings in the Federal Capital Territory.
Recall that the five girls and their father were kidnapped by a group of bandits in their home in Abuja a few weeks ago. The father of the five girls was released by the bandits to go in search of a N60M ransom to get his daughters back. Seeing that their father couldn't meet their demands, his eldest daughter Nabeeha was killed by the bandits.
The kidnapper who was identified as Bello Mohammed was arrested during a raid on January 20 at a hotel in the Tafa area of Kaduna. Mohammed who was caught with over 2 million naira proceeds of ransoms collected from kidnapped victims, confessed to being a part of the gang who abducted the Al-Kadriyar sisters in Bwari, Abuja. He also confessed to the killing of Nabeeha with his gang.
