Police declare 2baba a wanted man over DPO's death in Rivers
The Nigeria Police has declared a man who has been identified as 2baba as a wanted man. This man's real name is Gift David Okpara but he is known popularly as 2-Baba. He was declared wanted over the murder of a DPO in Rivers state. The Ahoada Divisional Police Officer whose name is Bako Angbashim was murdered not too long ago in Rivers State and this man, 2baba is wanted for this crime.
Reports stated that the DPO was killed last week Friday by this suspect and his gang members. The Police have now declared him wanted. The Governor of Rivers state, Siminalayi Fubara alongside the Nigerian Poluce Force have also placed a bounty on the suspect. He placed a N101 million bounty on the suspect and his gang members.
The Rivers State Police shared this via their official X(twitter) platform yesterday, Wednesday. He revealed that 2baba is wanted for conspiracy, cultism and murder.
In their words “The Nigeria Police Force has declared one Gift David Opara aka (2baba) wanted for the below offences, 101 million naira bounty has been placed on him by the Rivers State Gov and The NPF. Give us info and cash out from us,”
