President Tinubu appoints Fela Durotoye and others as Presidential media aide
President Bola Tinubu has approved the appointment of Mr Fela Durotoye alongside others as Presidential media aide. The approval of his appointment was revealed on Monday, October 9th 2023. Fela Durotoye and 4 others have been appointed as members of the Presidential advisory team.
It was revealed In a recent press release by the Special Assistant to the President on Media and Publicity, who is Ajuri Ngelale. The statement was titled ‘President Tinubu appoints new Presidential Media Advisory team members.’
Fela Durotoye has been appointed as the new Senior Special Assistant to the President on National Values & Social Justice. Fela Durotoye is a 52 year old business consultant. He also happens to be the President of an NGO known as the GEMSTONE Nation Builders Foundation.

Who is Fela Durotoye?
His full name is Adetokunbo Olufela Durotoye. He is a well-known business consultant and a motivational speaker. His NGO, GEMSTONE Nation Builders Foundation, focuses on training youths and this is towards transformational leadership and social change.
He was born on the 12th of May 1971 in Ibadan. He schooled at Moremi High School before moving to Obafemi Awolowo University and then Harvard University. He has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science with Economics, and also a master's degree in Business Administration. He is married to Tara Fela-Durotoye and the couple have 3 Children together.
