The Abuja Police Public Relations Officer Olumuyiwa Adejobi has issued a stern warning to bloggers and celebrities to stop interfering in the ongoing investigation of Mohbad's death.
Olumuyiwa wrote, "I have warned the so-called bloggers and celebs to allow us to do our work. They should not use Mohbads' death to cruise or mobilize followers. They need to wait for the outcome of the investigation. Anyone who makes comments (affirmatively) on the issue might be invited by the police or any security agency to corroborate or testify in the case. You'd better be careful and allow the law to take its course. The law is wide and complex and could, at the same time, be flexible. Be warned."
Since the death of Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba popularly known as Mohbad, Nigerians have demanded that justice be served and all culprits be put to book. That led the Lagos State Police to inaugurate a 13-man panel to specially investigation the singer's death. Presently, the body has been exhumed and the Nigerian Police has implored everyone to await the autopsy result.
