Netizens react as an online doctor mentions five food items every individual should avoid eating at night.

In a video making the rounds online, the doctor mentioned that Nigerians should stop eating these five staple foods at night. He mentioned bread, suya, fried meat, noodles and a bottle of Coke.

To a Nigerian, these five are the everyday go-to meals most especially, bread and suya. As a matter of fact, most Nigerians eat bread and roadside suya every night.
