Reno Omokri's parents need to be appreciated for giving birth to a child that does not have sense, Comedian Acapella says
Comedian Acapella threw shade at Reno Omokri for saying women who purchase wigs are the ones making the exchange rate go higher daily. He called Reno a puppet who is being controlled by the government to spill rubbish in the media. Acapella said that the wigs that Nigerian women purchase were paid for in Naira. Hence, money gets pumped into the Nigerian economy, unlike the 108 Senators who borrowed a loan to purchase SUVs worth N100 million from foreigners. Such money wasn't pumped into the economy, instead, it was pumped into the economy of foreigners.
Comedian Acapella claimed that those who should be blamed for ruining the value of the Naira are the Senators, not Nigerian women. Therefore, Reno's analysis is false, misleading, and reeked of insincerity. He said Reno is trying to shift the fault of the government on the citizens. Instead of the government owning up to its mistakes and righting its wrongs like every other country has been doing, they focus on using the likes of Reno to push false narratives to the public. Acapella then said he appreciates Reno Omokri's parents for giving birth to a senseless child.
