New Headquarters: The company officially moved its corporate head office from New Africa House, 31 Marina, Lagos, to Suite 18, No. 18 King George V Road, Onikan, Lagos on February 10, 2025.
New Company Secretary: Effective January 29, 2025, OOT Nominees Limited replaced Forvis Mazars as the company secretary.
In an official statement to the Nigerian Exchange Group (NGX), MD/CEO Hewett Benson expressed gratitude to Forvis Mazars for their service while welcoming the new secretarial team.
