We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive who understands the Nigerian business environment and can drive adoption of our payroll and HR software solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, closing new business, and building long-term client relationships.This role requires someone who is confident selling SaaS solutions, understands Nigerian payroll regulations (PAYE, NHF, Pension, NSITF, etc.), and can communicate value clearly to business owners, HR managers, and finance teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities (SMEs & corporate clients)
- Pitch Workflowshr payroll & HR solutions to HR managers, CFOs, and business owners
- Conduct product demos (virtual and in-person)
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up on inbound leads and convert them to paying customers
- Educate prospects on Nigerian payroll compliance requirements
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts
- Maintain accurate records in CRM
- Work closely with the onboarding and support teams to ensure smooth client implementation
- Represent Workflowshr at networking events and business forums
Requirements
- 2–5 years proven experience in B2B sales (SaaS, fintech, HR software preferred)
- Strong understanding of Nigerian payroll processes and statutory deductions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to close deals independently
- Experience selling to SMEs and corporate clients
- Tech-savvy with ability to explain software solutions clearly
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or related field (preferred)
