Saudi Arabia declares Wednesday Eid-l-Fitr

Saud Arabia has declared Wednesday, April 10th as Eid-l-Fitir as opposed to tomorrow, the 9th of April. That means this year's Ramadan would round up to 30 days instead of 29 and Muslims across the globe are expected to fast tomorrow. It was announced that the crescent of Shawwal hasn't been sighted in Saudi Arabia so fasting continues tomorrow.

A credible Facebook Islamic page known as Haramin's officially announced the continuation of Ramadan on their page. Their message reads, “The crescent moon was not sighted in Saudi Arabia. Therefore, Eid Al Fitr will be celebrated on Wednesday, 10th April 2024. May Allāh allow us to utilize the remaining moments of this blessed month to engage in that which pleases Him, may He accept our siyām, qiyām & a’māl & may He allow us to witness many more Ramadāns in good health. Āmīn.”

Recall that the FG has declared both the 9th and 10th of April as public holidays but now that fasting continues tomorrow, there hasn't been any update from their end as regards the postponement of the holidays.
