The full list of winners at the recently concluded 2023 AMAA awards event has been revealed. The event was held yesterday, Sunday, October 29 2023 in Lagos. This was the 19th edition of the Africa Movie Academy Awards (AMAA). The event recognised and honoured Outstanding Performances,movies and productions in Africa.
The hosts
The event was hosted by Nigerian actress, Nancy Isime alongside Rahama Sadau and Richard Ato Turkson. Many Nigerian stars were recognised and honoured with awards in various categories. Stars like Tobi Bakre, Nse Ikpe-Etim and others went home with awards. Movies like Anikulapo and Gangs of lagos also won awards in other categories.
