SEPLAT TO REWARD ITS CHIEF OFFICERS WITH 3,139,250 SHARES AS PART OF PERFORMANCE BONUS FOR 2024
Seplat Energy Plc will reward its CEO, COO, and CFO with a total of 3,139,250 shares as part of their 2024 performance bonus under its Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP). The shares, based on achieving specific performance targets and continuous employment until December 31, 2026, will be vested at the end of this period. CEO Roger Brown will receive 1,567,196 shares, COO Samson Ezugworie 908,876 shares, and CFO Eleanor Adaralegbe 663,178 shares. Additionally, Brown and Ezugworie were awarded shares for 2023 performance, which will vest on December 31, 2025. Seplat's CEO has also been awarded a cumulative 5,826,906 shares from 2014 to 2024, representing 1% of the company. Seplat's shares have appreciated by 45.7% in 2024, closing at N3,365.50 on June 3, 2024.
