The latest news circulating the internet about the Level-Up Big Brother Naija winner Phyna has triggered thousands of reactions from netizens. In an interview with the Vanguard, Phyna's father whose name is Felix Otabor revealed how Phyna abandoned the family after winning the BBNaija N100 million prize money.
Felix who was a hearse driver, was overjoyed when his daughter won the grand prize in BBNaija with the hope that poverty would end in his family. Unfortunately, his daughter who had earlier promised to buy him cars for his business vanished into thin air after emerging as the winner.
Based on what Felix said, Phyna told him to sell his old cars and he obliged. But after selling them off as scraps, Phyna refused to buy him all that she had promised and completely abandoned the family. He also added that since he had lost his only source of income, he had to resort to lending the car of his association's vice-chairman to fend for the family. Why would Phyna do that?
