Manchester United new co-owner Sir Jim Ratcliffe has taken a decision on Casemiro's Manchester United future.

Due to the change of guards at Manchester United's sporting and footballing operations, some Man United players are certainly going to be shown the exit door.

Contract extension clauses has been triggered on the contract of Aaron Wan-Bissaka, Victor Lindelof, and Hannibal Mejbri.

Raphael Varane and Anthony Martial are facing an uncertain future at Old Trafford with their contracts expiring at the end of the season. They are free to enter into talks with other clubs

Unlike Varane and Martial, Casemiro has a year remaining on his Manchester United contract but has been linked with a move away from the club.

According to Transfer News Live, the INEOS group, led by Sir Jim Ratcliffe, have decided to sell Casemiro this summer.

The report adds the new operators of Manchester United footballing activities want to cut wage and balance United's financial books to avoid collisions with financial fair play rules.

Casemiro is among the top earners at Manchester United with over £300,000 as weekly wage.

Sir Jim Ratcliffe wants to clear the Brazilian's wage off United books. Varane is another Man United player who will also be allowed to leave due to his wage.

Casemiro was key to Manchester United's resurgence last season but has fallen down the pecking order this season due to persistent injury.

He has been linked to Saudi move with Al Nassr star and his former Real Madrid teammate Cristiano Ronaldo pushing to reunite with the player.
