Afe Babalola University (ABUAD) is a Nigerian private university founded in 2009 in the heart of Ado Ekiti, Ekiti State.

Where is Afe Babalola located?

It is located directly opposite the Federal Polytechnic Ado-Ekiti. Afe Babalola university is privately owned by renowned lawyer and philanthropist Afe Babalola.

ABUAD has five undergraduate colleges and one postgraduate school. They include College of Law, College of Sciences, College of Engineering, College of Medicine and Health Sciences, College of Social and Management Sciences, and Postgraduate Studies. The motto of the university is Labor Servitum Et Integritas which means Labor for Service and Integrity. The vice-chancellor of the prestigious institution is Elisabetha Smaranda Olarinde.

How to apply for Afe Babalola university

To gain admission into Afe Babalola university, the candidate must have at least 5 credits in compulsory subjects related to your chosen course of study including Mathematics and English language. The candidate must not score less than 180 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). After passing these stages, the candidate will then proceed to take an oral assessment with an admissions officer of the prospective college before he or she can be considered.
