Nigerian Afrobeats singer Paul Okoye informs his gender about the number of sperm their body carries for reproductive purposes. According to him, a man produces 53 liters of sperm in his lifetime to aid childbearing. Meanwhile, there are men with 2 liters of sperm left yet they are still requesting for ladies' numbers to engage in sexual activities. He sends this as a warning to them to take it easy so they won't exhaust their sperm.

Fertility issues especially between married couples is a sensitive topic after marriage. In-laws, parents, and friends sing to the couple's ears to give them little ones while the couple is struggling with fertility. Infertility from men could arise from a low sperm count which in this case, could be caused by various factors such as stress, diet, infections, masturbation, etc. As the saying goes, too much of every good thing is bad, but in the case of fertility, it's a 50-50 chance.

While too much sex could result in a low sperm count, it doesn't automatically cause infertility in men. However, Paul Okoye sending this wake-up call to men will help the majority to take their health seriously to avoid future catastrophes.
