Sosoliso plane crash survivor, Kechi Okwuchi pays tribute to crash victims
A Nigerian woman who was one of the 2 survivors of the Sosoliso plane crash, Kechi Okwuchi, has paid tribute to the victims of the plane crash. She recently took to her Twitter account to pay tribute to them years after the crash happened. She shared this on the anniversary of the incident which was 18 years ago. Recall the Sosoliso plane crash was a terrible accident which happened in 2005. Only 2 people survived the plane crash, one of whom is Kechi.
Kechi is a Nigerian singer. She is famously known for her beautiful performance on America’s Got Talent some years ago. She is 34 years old. She was born on the 29th of October 1989. She is a survivor of the horrific Sosoliso plane crash that claimed many lives. She recently paid tribute to the 60 classmates who died in this accident 18 years ago. At the time this incident occurred, Kechi was a student at Loyola Jesuit College. She and 60 of her classmates were on board the plane that year and she was the only attention who survived.
Kechi was a passenger on the Sosoliso aircraft 1145. This plane crashed on the 10th of December, 2005, at Port Harcourt International Airport. 106 people were killed in the crash including her 60 classmates. The late Mrs. Bimbo Odukoya was also one of the victims of that plane crash in 2005. Bimbo Odukoya is the late pastor Taiwo Odukoya's first wife and the mother of Jimmy Odukoya, who is the general overseer of Fountain of Life Church, Lagos.
The Sosoliso Airlines Flight 1145 was a Nigerian domestic passenger flight. The flight was from Abuja to Port Harcourt. The plane crash landed at the airport at about 14:08pm on the 10th December 2005. Kechi shared a post to honour her classmates who died in the crash. She wrote “Dear 60 Angels, 18 years have passed since the Sosoliso plane crash that took your lives among other dear souls, while sparing mine and 1 other.
