South African series Blood and water 4 set to be released in 2024
The popular South African Television series titled Blood and water season 4 is set to be released in 2024. The series has been renewed by Netflix for a new season and this will be coming out in 2024. Blood and water is written and directed by Nosipho Dumisa and Gambit Films. It is a South African High School series.
A teenager moves to a private High school in town to see if a girl she met at a party was her long-lost sister. After a series of occurrences, challenges and much more, they discovered that she is in fact Puleng's Half sister.
The Television series, Blood and water have released 3 seasons so far. The show commenced in 2020 and has been ongoing. The latest season, season 3, was released earlier this year. This series features casts like Ama Qamata who plays the lead role of Puleng in the movie, Khosi Ngema and Gail Mabalane as well as other talented actors.
Netflix revealed that the movie is set to be out in the first quarter of 2024. Other than this series, they also renewed some others like Young, Famous & African (Season 3) and Soweto Love Story among others.
The release of these series were announced during the MIP Africa's panel session tagged "See What's Next on Netflix".
