Filmmaker Biodun Stephen warned women against having unprotected sex which would result in unwanted pregnancy. She said that it is high time women stop opening their legs for men who will end up abandoning them after promising heaven on Earth. She advised women to wise up because men know how to win the hearts of gullible women through sweet-talking.
"Dear young girls. Close your laps. Close your laps. These guys will tell you anything to get between your thighs. They will promise you marriage, they will promise you heaven on Earth, their lies are no longer new. That is the emo and just to get into your coochie. They will tell you anything. And if you're still in the school of thought that it is because you open your laps he will marry you and love you, you are mad. Close your freaking laps. And if you must open it, tell him to wear a condom. Or be on birth control pills or any contraceptive. But stop having children that you cannot raise. Stop having babies that you will throw in the canal."
She added how people are pleading to God to be blessed with a fruit of the womb, but their prayers are yet to be answered. So it is disheartening to see young women who aren't financially buoyant to raise a child, throw their newly born inside a pit or a canal.
